Twenty years, I began building my career at the crossroads of medicine and law, first by growing a physician-owned expert witness enterprise, and more recently by starting my own business dedicated to medical-legal operations. Previously, I built a physician-owned expert witness enterprise into a thriving, multimillion-dollar operation. More recently, I’ve launched my own business, applying those same principles of innovation, perseverance, and commitment to value in the realm of medical-legal operations.
Early on, I recognized that the traditional in-house physician model wasn’t scalable. I pioneered a shift to a contractor-based approach, overcoming resistance and laying the foundation for sustainable growth. Along the way, I’ve directed every aspect of the business, including litigation logistics, financial modeling, marketing, and coordinating a portfolio of more than 300 active matters at any given time. I’ve trained and coached physicians to communicate with clarity, credibility, and confidence in high-stakes legal settings.
Entrepreneurship is at the core of my journey. I’ve architected innovative frameworks that reduce overhead, sustain income neutrality for physician-owners, and ensure long-term business viability. Attorneys trust me for rigorous intake oversight and process design that keeps cases credible and referral networks strong.
